Repaired a hot water domestic supply line that ruptured in Guestroom and impacted 49 areas. Installed carpet for 3rd floor and 13 Guestrooms.

Repaired water intrusion from broken sprinkler that impacted the lobby, 4th floor corridor, and 11 Guestrooms. Provided phase 2 carpet installation in Guestrooms and 4th floor corridor, and corrected a fire sprinkler issue that impacted the Laundry Room, Meeting Rooms, Corridors, and BOH.

Repaired ceilings and reinstalled drywall, vanity, countertop, and sink in 2 Guestrooms. Repaired separate water damage in Guestrooms, and repaired water intrusion caused by a pipe break above the HVAC in a Guestroom.
